- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If you received an incorrect or defective item, Clavoria will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving the return, processed to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fees apply to returns.
