Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, Clavoria will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving the return, processed to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply to returns.
